Bookings

The Bookings tab shows all jobs for your business. You can filter, search, update status, add notes, and create invoices from a completed job.

List view

  • If you have multiple websites, use the business picker at the top to choose which site’s bookings to show.
  • Search by booking reference, customer name, email, or service description.
  • Filter by status: All, Pending, Confirmed, En route, On site, Completed, Cancelled.
  • Pull down to refresh the list.
  • Tap a row to open the booking detail.

Booking detail

On the detail screen you see:

  • Reference, status, and confirmed date/time (if set).
  • Customer name, email, and phone — tap email or phone to call or email.
  • Service address.
  • Service category and description.

Requested time slots

If the customer requested times and no slot is confirmed yet, you’ll see a list of requested slots. Tap Accept on the slot you want to confirm.

Updating status

Use the status buttons to move the booking through: Pending → Confirmed → En route → On site → Completed (or Cancelled). Tap the new status to save.

Internal notes

Add or edit internal notes in the text area, then tap Save notes. Only your team sees these.

End job and create invoice

When the job is Confirmed and has an assigned job, you’ll see End Job & Create Invoice. Tap it to open the invoice builder.

Invoice builder

  • Add one or more line items: choose Labour or Material, enter description, quantity, and unit price. VAT can be applied per item.
  • Subtotal and VAT are calculated; total is shown.
  • Optionally add notes.
  • Tap Create invoice to create the invoice and finish the job. You can then open the new invoice or go back to the booking.

To view or send that invoice later, go to the Invoices tab.
