Dashboard
The dashboard is the first tab you see after logging in. It gives you a quick overview of your enquiries.
What you see
- Total Enquiries — All enquiries across your websites.
- New — Enquiries still marked as new (not yet contacted).
- Converted — Enquiries you marked as converted.
- Conversion Rate — Percentage of total enquiries that are converted.
- This Week — Enquiries from the last 7 days.
- Recent Enquiries — The five most recent enquiries. Tap one to open its detail and update status, priority, or notes.
Pull down on the screen to refresh the numbers. For full search and filters, use the Enquiries tab.
