Enquiries
The Enquiries tab shows leads from your websites. You can search, filter by status, and update each enquiry’s status, priority, and notes. The list updates in real time when changes are saved.
List view
- Search by name, email, message, or website name.
- Tap the filter icon to show status chips: All, New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost.
- Pull down to refresh.
- Tap an enquiry to open its detail.
Enquiry detail
At the top you see the contact’s name, email, phone, and which website the enquiry came from. The current status is shown as a badge.
Quick actions
- Call — Opens the phone dialler (if the enquiry has a phone number).
- Email — Opens your email app with the enquiry’s email address.
- Mark converted — Sets status to Converted in one tap.
Status
Choose one: New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost. Tap a chip to select it.
Priority
Set priority: Low, Medium, or High. Tap a chip to select.
Notes
Add or edit internal notes in the text area. These are for your team only.
Saving changes
After changing status, priority, or notes, tap Update Enquiry to save. The enquiry list updates automatically.
A summary of your enquiries (totals and recent ones) is on the Dashboard.
